My 50th project for 50 crafty projects in 2007!

A birthday gift to my cousin, Alex, who turned 21 yesterday.

An amigurumi onigiri from the book あみぐるみでゆるり。 by Sachiyo Fukao, ISBN978-4-05-604880-3.

Today I finished this hat. It's my first time knitting a pattern that makes a pattern, so I count that as a project as well.

Annnd...I'm done! Well, actually I was done yesterday, but one of these was a gift so I had to wait until the recipient had it.


The bigger one is reversible (black on the inside) and was made with the help of this tutorial. The smaller one is a polar fleece-lined pouch for my digital camera, and was made using this tutorial (minus some of the folding, as it would have made it too thick), though it would have been better to use the first method as the fleece made the seams very bulky. Oh well, at least my camera is well-protected.

I really love bunnies.

This knitting needle roll (for DPNs) is the best thing I've ever sewn. It's a gift for my sister.

It's made from patchwork fabric and polar fleece. I love the fabric - it reminds me of a Klimt painting.

This is "osuwari inu". He is saying "Merry Christmas! Happy Holidays!"
